November 8, 2004Those are for the Artic Tundra or something right? I have seen that truck at a state fair. Pretty cool.
Wish I had those tires...not sure what I would do with 'em, but it would be cool.
November 8, 2004It is sitting at Race Rock in Orlando right now, Motor less, maybe it needs a Mopar conversion
November 8, 2004A MOPAR conversion would be too much for that Ford. I don't think those tires have enough tread for a REAL motor...a Goat motor would eat those tires up.
Seriously though, why does it not have a motor? They didn't drive it that hard when I saw it, it just cruised around, mainly I guess for looks. It seemed too big to do much. Those tires are impressive I must say.
November 8, 2004It is just sitting there. A big dang sign for Race Rock Cafe, they have a Miss Budweiser racing boat hanging upside down inside also.
November 13, 2004The Bigfoot pictured is #5 it does indeed have 120" tires. This info is from the official Bigfoot site:
BIGFOOT #5 was completed in the summer of 1986 for the sole purpose of handling the 10 foot tall Firestone Tundra tires. The tires were originally used on an Alaskan land train that was used by the US Army in the 1950's.
